地铁近距离ICE免共振桩施工扰动控制研究

摘要 ICE免共振桩施工工艺是一种从国外引进的新型沉桩方法,随着设备性能的不断改进提升,技术日益成熟,该技术在越来越多的项目上得到了应用。为了研究ICE免共振液压锤施工对邻近地铁的影响,以虹桥机场413停机坪改造项目为例,该工程沉桩施工体量大,距离地铁近。监测数据分析结果表明沉桩施工会引起地铁结构的下沉,沉桩的密度对地铁结构的收敛变形也存在较大影响。本研究对该工艺施工提出建议,为类似工程提供借鉴。 ICE resonance-free construction process is a new type of pile sinking method which is imported from abroad,as the performance of the equipment continues to improving,technology is increasingly mature,this technology has been applied in more and more projects.In order to study the impact of ICE resonance-free hydraulic hammer construction on the adjacent subway,take the 413 apron reconstruction project of Hongqiao Airport as an example.The project has a large pile sinking construction volume and is close to the subway.The analysis results of monitoring data show that the construction of pile sinking will cause the settlement of subway structure,and the density of pile sinking also has a great impact on the convergence deformation of subway structure.This study puts forward suggestions for the construction of this process,which can provide reference for similar projects.
