PPP and EPC Models Risk Management and Control Frontier:System Literature Review

受疫情冲击及经济下行影响,国家经济低迷,财政收支放缓,为发挥基础设施建设的稳经济大盘作用,国家鼓励并倡导社会资本投入基础设施建设。但是存在准入门槛高、投资积极性弱等问题。为满足政府迫切的投融资及建设管理需求,解决PPP、EPC等模式水土不服现状,有必要运用系统文献综述方法(SLRs),运用文献计量方法进行文献研究脉络的梳理与阐述,旨在为今后相关研究提供参考。

Due to the impact of the pandemic and the economic downturn,the national economy is sluggish and fiscal revenue and expenditure are slowing down.In order to play the role of infrastructure construction in stabilizing the overall economy,the state encourages and advocates social capital investment in infrastructure construction.But there are high barriers to entry,such problems as weak investment enthusiasm.In order to meet the government's urgent investment,financing and construction management needs,and solve no acclimatization situation of PPP,EPC and other models,it’s necessary to use SLRs and the bibliometric method to sort out and elaborate the literature research context,so as to provide a reference for future related research.
