半潜运载装备智能船舶功能设计

摘要 在海洋工程装备的大型化和恶劣海况下运输和安装双重需求下,半潜运载装备亟需提高智能化作业能力。为了提升传统半潜运载装备的智能化水平,对其智能船舶功能模块进行了全新的设计。针对半潜运载装备的船型特点分析和规划智能船舶功能的主要模块,完成了系统的总体方案设计。设计了智能集成平台,保障整体智能船舶系统的兼容性、可开发性及安全性;设计了智能机舱系统,实现机舱设备状态的实时监测和异常报警;设计了智能能效管理系统,实现船舶能耗的状态监测、优化预测及管理决策;设计了智能航行系统,提供路径规划、避碰避障等船舶驾驶辅助功能。实际应用结果证明了本文设计科学,应用效果良好,提升了半潜运载装备在航行、管理、维护保养、货物运输等各环节的智能化水平,降低了船舶管理难度、减少了人为误操作、提高了设备及船舶营运的安全、优化了船舶航行路径、控制了燃油消耗、降低了运行成本。 Under the two requirements of large-scale ocean engineering equipment,and transportation&installation under harsh sea conditions,semi-submersible carrier equipment urgently needs to improve its intelligent operation capability.In order to enhance the intelligence level of traditional semi-submersible carrier equipment,a new design was carried out for its intelligent ship function module.The overall scheme design of the system was completed by analyzing and planning the main modules of intelligent ship functions for the ship type characteristics of semi-submersible carrier equipment.an intelligent integration platform was designed to ensure the compatibility,exploitability,and safety of the overall intelligent ship system;an intelligent cabin system was designed to realize real-time monitoring and abnormal alarm of engine room equipment status;an intelligent energy efficiency management system was designed to realize status monitoring,optimization prediction,and management decision-making of ship energy consumption;an intelligent navigation system was designed to provide ship navigation auxiliary functions such as path planning,collision avoidance,and obstacle avoidance.The practical application result verifies that the design of this article is scientific.The intelligence level of semi-submersible carrier equipment is improved in various aspects such as navigation,management,maintenance,and cargo transportation,and the proposed design mitigates the difficulty of ship management,reduces human error operations,improves the safety of equipment and ship operation,lowers the ship's navigation path,controls fuel consumption,and reduces operating costs.
