风机群在轨道交通项目中的节能探索

摘要 为实现城市轨道通风系统节能,提出一种新的节能方案。分析风机群的节能原理,对轨道交通典型TVF风机进行改造,详细对比常用的变频节能方案与风机群节能方案的优缺点。风机群的节能技术是用多台小型风机替代一台大风机,分解了设备整体质量及电机容量,方便吊装和维护;小功率的电机可以不配置软启动装置而直接启动。通过关停风机群的个别风机可实现通风系统的气动性能调节,进而实现按实际需求调节通风;不需配置变频装置,节约了初投资。该方案有望用于轨道交通旧项目改造、新项目建设中,也可用于替代其他工程项目的大功率风机。 In order to realize energy-saving of the urban rail ventilation system,a new energy saving scheme was presented.The energy-saving principle of the multi-combined fans was analyzed,typical TVF fans of rail transit were reformed,and the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used frequency conversion energy-saving schemes and fan group energy-saving schemes were compared in detail.The multicombined fans of energy-saving technology is to use more than one small fan to replace a big fan,decompos the overall weight and motor equipment capacity,convenient assembly and maintenance;low power motor can be directly started without soft start device.By shutting down one or two of the individual fan of the multi-combined fans,the air performance of the ventilation system can be adjusted to realize the ventilation energy saving according to the actual demand;there is no need to configure frequency conversion device,so the initial investment was saved.The scheme is expected to be used in the reconstruction of old rail transit projects,the construction of new projects,and can also be used to replace the high-power fan of other engineering projects.
