冲洗对机械密封性能的影响分析

摘要 机械密封产品被广泛应用到食品、炼油、石油化工等行业中,在保证设备能够安全运行的同时,机械密封还能够节约企业维修维护成本,使企业效益得到提高。在全新市场环境中,市场对于机械密封的性能和使用寿命的要求越来越高,机械密封性能和使用寿命与选材、结构、选型、工况情况具有密切关系。另外,正确选择冲洗能够使机械密封性得到提高,还能够使机械密封使用寿命得到延长。针对某石化装置中的密封方案进行研究,概述两种密封方案的特点和适用范围。通过环境友好性、操作维护便利性等方面进行的对比,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS充分考虑各种因素对机械密封性能的影响,计算端面弧形浅槽机械密封在不同冲洗量的温度场,并且基于温度场计算力热耦合变形。研究结果表明,冲洗能够使动静环最高温度降低,并且减少密封环温差的差别。 Mechanical sealing products are widely used in food,oil refining,petrochemical and other industries,while ensuring the safe operation of equipment,mechanical tight sealing can also save the maintenance and maintenance costs,and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.In the new market environment,the market for the mechanical seal performance and service life requirements are getting higher and higher,mechanical seal performance and service life and material selection,structure,selection,working condition has a close relationship.In addition,the correct choice of washing can improve the mechanical sealing,but also can extend the service life of the mechanical sealing.The sealing scheme in a petrochemical plant is studied,and the characteristics and application scope of the two sealing schemes are summarized.Through the comparison of environmental friendliness,operation and maintenance convenience,according to the finite element analysis software ANSYS fully considers the influence of various factors on the mechanical sealing performance,calculate the end surface arc shallow groove mechanical seal in the temperature field of different flushing amount,and calculate the force and thermal coupling deformation based on the temperature field.The study shows that washing can reduce the maximum temperature of the static ring and reduce the difference in the temperature difference of the sealing ring.
