基于TTCAN的燃气轮机分布式控制系统智能节点设计

摘要 TTCAN总线是一种基于事件和时间共同触发的数据总线,既有事件触发总线灵活性高、响应速度快的优势,也兼顾时间触发总线确定性强、稳定性高的优点。本文以Zynq-7000系列芯片为平台,设计了一种高集成度的燃气轮机分布式控制系统TTCAN智能节点。通过搭建燃气轮机分布式控制系统半物理仿真平台,验证了智能节点的通信可靠性、实时性,满足了燃气轮机分布式控制的应用需求。 Time triggered controller area network(TTCAN)bus is a kind of data bus based on event and time.It not only has the advantages of high flexibility and fast response of event trigger bus,but also has the characteristics of strong certainty and high stability of time trigger bus.In this paper,a high integration TTCAN intelligent nodes for distributed control system of gas turbine was designed based on Zynq-7000 series chip.The semi-physical simulation platform of distributed gas turbine control system was built to verify the communication reliability and real-time performance of intelligent nodes,which met the application requirements of distributed gas turbine control.
