摘要
燃气轮机保护系统最重要的功能就是避免错误停机和拒绝停机,错误停机会带来经济损失,拒绝停机会引发重大安全事故。保护系统的安全完整性等级是保护系统安全稳定的重要评判指标。以GB/T 20438—2017《电气/电子/可编程电子安全相关系统的功能安全》和GB/T 21109—2007 《过程工业领域安全仪表系统的功能安全》相关标准对某燃气轮机保护系统硬回路的安全完整性等级进行了分析,定量获得保护系统硬回路安全完整性等级参数,为设计安全可靠的保护系统提供理论依据。
The most important function of gas turbine protection system is to avoid incorrect shutdown and refusal shutdown,incorrect shutdown will bring economic loss,and refusal shutdown will lead to major safety accidents.Safety integrity level of protection system is an important evaluation index for safety and stability of protection system.The safety integrity level of the hard circuit of a gas turbine protection system was analyzed according to the relevant standards of GB/T 20438—2017 Functional Safety of Electrical/Electronic/Programmable Electronic Safety-Related Systems and GB/T 21109—2007 Functional Safety-Safety Instrumented Systems for the Process Industry Sector,and the safety integrity level parameters of a circuit of the protection system were obtained quantitatively,which provide a theoretical basis for the design of safe and reliable protection system.
