超高龄急性心肌梗死合并心原性休克患者救治成功1例

The successful treatment of super-aged patient with acute myocardial infarction concomitant with cardiogenic shock:a case report

老年人群的心血管疾病发病率及死亡率呈逐年上升趋势,急性心肌梗死是老年患者常见的心血管急症。本文介绍了1例106岁超高龄急性心肌梗死合并心原性休克患者,在主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)保护下成功行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)。本病例提示超高龄急性心肌梗死合并心原性休克时,在充分评估病情,结合患者身体状况、合并症等其他因素,在IABP保护下行PCI有望延长患者生命。

The incidence and mortality of cardiovascular diseases in elderly groups are on the rise year by year.Acute myocardial infarction is a common cardiovascular emergency in elderly patients.This paper introduces a case of 106 years old ultra-high age acute myocardial infarction with cardiogenic shock,and successfully PCI is protected by IABP.In this case,when the case is associated with ultrahigh age acute myocardial infarction combined with cardiogenic shock,it is expected to prolong the patient’s life by actively combining the patient’s physical condition,complications and family social factors.
