胃癌Schnitzler转移至直肠1例报道并文献复习
Schnitzler metastasis of gastric cancer to the rectum:a case report and literature review
摘要
以直肠梗阻为首发症状的胃癌Schnitzler转移罕见,因病理很难寻找到癌细胞而不易确诊,从而延误治疗。本文报道了1例原发性胃癌伴直肠Schnitzler转移的患者,并总结、分析相关文献,探讨Schnitzler转移的影像学和病理学特点,以期提高临床医生对胃癌直肠转移的认识。
