氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗非心源性缺血性脑卒中的效果分析

Effect analysis of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of non-cardiogenic ischemic stroke

目的 剖析非心源性缺血性脑卒中患者采用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗的效果。方法 94例非心源性缺血性脑卒中患者,经双盲法分为对照组与观察组,每组47例。对照组施行阿司匹林单一干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合氯吡格雷干预。比较两组患者的治疗效果及干预前后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果 干预前,两组患者的NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的NIHSS评分(11.05±1.51)分低于对照组的(17.63±1.87)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率95.74%高于对照组的80.85%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对非心源性缺血性脑卒中患者予以氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联合治疗,能取得更为理想的效果,值得临床重视推行。

Objective To analyze the effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of non-cardiogenic ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 94 patients with non-cardiogenic ischemic stroke were divided into a control group and an observation group by double-blind method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel based on the control group.The therapeutic effect and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the NIHSS score of(11.05±1.51)points in the observation group was lower than that of(17.63±1.87)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.74%,which was higher than that of 80.85%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of clopidogrel and aspirin in patients with non-cardiogenic ischemic stroke can achieve ideal effect and deserve clinical attention.
