某三甲医院实习后期护生职业认同与人文关怀的关系:网络分析模型 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨实习后期护生职业认同与人文关怀的网络特征。方法:采用护生职业认同问卷与人文关怀能力量表(CAI),对某三甲医院实习后期护生进行调查,使用R4.0.3软件进行网络模型的估计及相关指标计算。结果:以留职获益与离职风险为网络中心性最强的节点,其次是社会比较与自我反思、职业自我概念和理解;网络中桥梁强度最强的节点是社会说服、勇气和耐心。结论:留职获益与离职风险、社会比较与自我反思、职业自我概念和理解是实习后期护生职业认同与人文关怀网络的最强中心性节点,因此,管理者应针对中枢节点和桥梁节点给予及时、系统性多层次干预,有效提高该人群的职业认同和人文关怀能力。 Objective:To explore the network characteristics of professional identity and humanistic care of nursing students in the later stage of practice.Methods:The nursing students in the later stage of practice in a tertiary hospital were investigated by using the nursing students′professional identity questionnaire and the humanistic care ability scale.R4.0.3 software was used to estimate the network model and calculate relevant indicators.Results:The most central node in the network was the benefit of retention and the risk of turnover,followed by social comparison and self reflection,career self-concept and understanding.The strongest nodes in the network were social persuasion,courage and patience.Conclusion:The most central node of the network of professional identity and humanistic care for nursing students in the late internship period are the benefits of retention and turnover risk,social comparison and self reflection,and professional self-concept and understanding.The timely and systematic multi-level intervention for the central nodes and bridge nodes may effectively improve the professional identity and humanistic care ability of this population.
