摘要
民宿行业的高速发展带来对专业人才的迫切需求,民宿管理与运营专业已经在各高职院校开设,高职民宿专业如何为行业培养人才成为专业建设亟待解决的问题。文章分析我国高职院校民宿专业人才培养的现状,探讨高职民宿专业人才培养的困境,并给出高职民宿专业人才培养的建议,以期为高职民宿专业建设提供一定的参考,促进高职民宿专业的发展,培养更多高素质的民宿专业人才。
The rapid development of the homestay industry has brought about an urgent demand for professional talents.The homestay management and operation major has been established in various vocational colleges,and how to cultivate talents for the industry has become an urgent problem in professional construction.The article analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation in vocational colleges'homestay majors in China,explores the difficulties in talent cultivation in vocational homestay majors,and provides suggestions for talent cultivation in vocational homestay majors,in order to provide certain reference for the construction of vocational homestay majors,promote the development of vocational homestay majors,and cultivate more high-quality homestay professionals.
