核心素养背景下现代学徒制在中职院校的运用探讨——以旅游服务与管理专业为例

Exploration of the Application of Modern Apprenticeship System in Secondary Vocational Colleges under the Background of Core Competence——Taking Tourism Services and Management as an Example

近几年,旅游产业开始进行标准化建设,对工作人员的能力要求也相应提升。中职院校作为技能型人才培养主阵地,承担着为社会输送高质量现代旅游服务与管理专业人才的重任。现代学徒制以培养学生的技能为目标,可应用于中职院校的旅游服务与管理专业教学中。文章从现代学徒制的特点、中职旅游服务与管理专业的核心素养内涵入手,通过事实论证、理论论证等方法,探究核心素养背景下现代学徒制在中职院校的运用策略,以此提高专业教学质量,优化专业教学效果。

In recent years,the tourism industry has begun to carry out standardization construction,and the requirements for the ability of staff have also been correspondingly improved.As the main battlefield for cultivating skilled talents,secondary vocational colleges are responsible for delivering high-quality modern tourism service and management professionals to society.The modern apprenticeship system aims to cultivate students'skills and can be applied to the teaching of tourism service and management majors in vocational colleges.Starting from the characteristics of modern apprenticeship system and the connotation of core competencies in vocational tourism service and management,this article explores the application strategies of modern apprenticeship system in vocational colleges under the background of core competencies through methods such as factual and theoretical argumentation,in order to improve the quality of professional teaching and optimize the effectiveness of professional teaching.
