阿奇霉素分别联合头孢呋辛、头孢曲松治疗儿童支气管肺炎的疗效对比研究

Comparative study on the efficacy of azithromycin combined with cefuroxime and ceftriaxone resPectively in the treatment of bronchoPneumonia in children

目的 对比阿奇霉素分别联合头孢呋辛、头孢曲松治疗儿童支气管肺炎的疗效。方法 回顾性分析2021年3月至2022年3月于广州医科大学附属第二医院收治的支气管肺炎患儿83例临床资料,根据治疗方式分为对照组(单纯阿奇霉素治疗,n=4)、观察A组(阿奇霉素+头孢呋辛治疗,n=58)、观察B组(阿奇霉素+头孢曲松,n=21)。比较三组患儿疗效及生活质量,同时比较三组患儿治疗前后临床症状评分;随访6个月,比较三组患儿复发情况。结果 对照组、观察A组及观察B组患儿总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前三组患儿发热、咳嗽症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后三组患儿发热、咳嗽症状评分明显降低,且观察A组及观察B组患儿发热、咳嗽症状评分明显低于对照组,观察B组患儿发热、咳嗽症状评分明显低于观察A组(P <0.05)。观察A组及观察B组患儿生活质量评分明显高于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 阿奇霉素分别联合头孢呋辛、头孢曲松治疗儿童支气管肺炎疗效好,可提高患儿生活质量,减少复发率,其中阿奇霉素联合头孢曲松治疗可快速有效缓解患儿临床症状,具有一定优势。

Objective To compare the efficacy of azithromycin combined with cefuroxime and ceftriaxone,respectively,in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods The clinical data of 83 children with bronchopneumonia treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from March 2021 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group(azithromycin alone,n=4),observation group A(azithromycin+cefuroxime,n=58) and observation group B(azithromycin+ceftriaxone,n=21).The curative effect and quality of life of the three groups were compared.At the same time,the clinical symptom scores of the three groups were compared before and after treatment,and follow-up for 6 months to compare the recurrence of the three groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate among the control group,observation group A and observation group B(P0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of fever and cough among the three groups before treatment(P0.05).After treatment,the scores of fever and cough in the three groups were significantly lower,and the scores of fever and cough in observation group A and observation group B were significantly lower than those in the control group,while those in observation group B were significantly lower than those in observation group A(P0.05).The quality of life scores of children in observation group A and observation group B were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with cefuroxime and ceftriaxone is effective in treating children with bronchopneumonia,which can improve the quality of life of children and reduce the recurrence rate.Azithromycin combined with ceftriaxone can quickly and effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children,and has certain advantages.
