穴位贴敷治疗儿童轮状病毒肠炎临床观察

Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Rotavirus Enteritis in Children

目的 观察并客观评价常规疗法联合中药穴位贴敷治疗儿童轮状病毒肠炎的临床效果。方法 收集轮状病毒肠炎患儿60例,采用随机数字表法分组,分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规西医疗法,治疗组给予常规西医疗法联合穴位贴敷治疗,治疗3 d后观察2组患儿症状与临床效果,进行比较分析。结果 治疗3 d后,治疗组总有效率为83.33%(25/30),高于对照组的66.67%(20/30);2组患儿在大便次数、大便性状、发热、腹痛改善方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组患儿在饮食、呕吐、小便量、脱水改善方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后治疗组总积分较对照组降低,仍有较大改善(P <0.001)。结论 常规疗法联合穴位贴敷治疗儿童轮状病毒肠炎效果确切,且安全性高,操作简便,易于被患者接受。

Objective To observe and objectively evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine acupoint application on pediatric rotavirus enteritis.Methods Sixty children with rotavirus enteritis were collected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.The control group was given conventional western medicine therapy,and the treatment group was given conventional Western medicine combined with acupoint application therapy.After 3 days of treatment,the symptoms and clinical effects of the children in the two groups were observed and compared.Results After 3 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%(25/30),which was higher than that of the control group(66.67%,20/30).There were statistically significant differences in the improvement of stool frequency,stool characteristics,fever and abdominal pain between the two groups(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in diet,vomiting,urine volume and dehydration between the two groups(P>0.05),but the total score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and there was still a great improvement(P<0.001).Conclusion Conventional therapy combined with acupoint application in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children has definite effect,high safety,simple operation and easy acceptance by patients.
