肿瘤的经方临证辨治方法探讨

Discussion on Classical Prescription in the Treatment of Tumor Based on Syndrome Differentiation

肿瘤中医病机错综复杂而难治,六经辨证是临床治疗肿瘤的重要思辨方法之一,常药简而力宏。此文总结了导师田雪飞教授临证运用经方治疗肿瘤的经验,其以六经辨证为统领,结合辨疾病的阶段及病位、阴阳、寒热、表里、虚实,以固护阳气、胃气的思想贯穿始终。肿瘤病机多寒热错杂,阳证多少阳病,阴证多厥阴病,阳证应注重固护胃气以祛邪不伤正,阴证应养气血以助疾病向愈。运用六经辨证思维诊治肿瘤疾病,主旨不在刻意消导瘤体,但却收效显著,值得临床推广应用。

The pathogenesis of tumor in traditional Chinese medicine is complicated and difficult to treat.Syndrome differentiation six-meridians is one of the important thinking methods in clinical treatment of tumor.This article summarizes the experience of Professor Tian Xuefei's clinical treatment of tumor by using classical prescription,which is guided by the syndrome differentiation six-meridians,combined with the differentiation of disease stages and disease location,yin and yang,cold and heat,external and internal,deficiency and deficiency,and the idea of strengthening yang qi and stomach qi.The purpose of diagnosis and treatment of tumor diseases by using syndrome differentiation six-meridians is not to deliberately eliminate tumor,but it has achieved remarkable results and is worthy of clinical application.
