中医临床选穴方法研究现状

Status of Clinical Acupoint Selection Methods in Traditional Chinese Medicine

穴位选取是中医临证进行针灸推拿治疗的前提,选穴方法是中医临证穴位选取应该遵循的基本法则。此文通过收集国内临床选穴方法文献,对循经选穴、近部与远部取穴、随证取穴、对症取穴、择时取穴等选穴方法的特征及应用研究现状进行综述分析,以期为进一步对中医选穴方法进行临床、实验研究提供参考,更好地促进针灸推拿疗法在临床的推广应用。

Selecting acupionts are the prerequisite for acupuncture and massage treatment in traditional Chinese medicine clinics,and the methods of acupoint selection are the basic rule that traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndromes should be follow in selecting acupoints.This article collect some domestic literatures about clinical acupoint selection methods,review and analyze the characteristics and application research status of acupoint selection methods such as selection of acupoints along the meridian,proximal and distal acupoints,random acupoint selection,symptomatic acupoint selection,and timing selection,in order to provide a reference for further clinical and experimental research on the methods of selecting acupoints in traditional Chinese medicine,and to better promote the clinical application of acupuncture and massage therapy.
