肺癌的病因是遗传、吸烟、不良饮食习惯、环境污染、肺疾病、精神因素,其不外乎内因(正气虚损)和外因(六淫邪毒、七情内伤、饮食劳倦),病机是正气虚损、邪毒侵肺、痰瘀内停、伏气内蕴(特异病因)4个方面,诊断依据是咳嗽、咯血、呼吸困难、发热、喘鸣、晚期出现疲乏无力、进行性消瘦、声音嘶哑。CT、核磁共振技术,病理学诊断为金标准。其治疗原则是,初期予攻消,中期消补兼施,末期正虚明显,邪积已深,则当补中寓消、养正除积。证候类型有三,实证分为痰湿蕴肺、气滞血瘀、痰湿兼血瘀、肺郁痰热型;虚证分为阴虚内热、气阴双虚,阳虚、阴阳双虚型;虚实夹杂分为脾虚气滞、气虚痰湿、气虚气滞、气虚血瘀、阴虚痰热、气虚痰热等证型。王沛教授善用生药、小毒药治疗肺癌;王三虎教授善用经方治疗肺癌;王昌俊、孙捷茹2位医家归纳的用药经验揭示了治疗肺癌以补气行气、化痰散结为主,配伍养阴清热、解毒、通络散结、活血化瘀的中药。

The etiology of lung cancer is heredity,smoking,bad eating habits,environmental pollution,lung disease,spiritual factors.It is nothing more than internal cause(deficiency of healthy qi),external cause(six sexual evils and poisonings,seven emotions internal injury,dietary fatigue).The pathogenesis includes four aspects:deficiency of healthy qi,evil poison invading lung,stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis,and accumulation of qi(specific cause).The diagnosis was based on cough,hemoptysis,dyspnea,fever,wheezing,late fatigue,progressive emaciation,and hoarseness.CT,MRI technology,pathological diagnosis is the gold standard of lung cancer diagnosis.The principles of treatment are initial attack and elimination.Medium-term elimination and tonic.At the end of the virtual is obvious,evil accumulation has been deep,when the complement in the flat elimination,yang is in addition to the product.There are three types of syndromes:empirically divided into phlegm-dampness accumulation of lung,qi stagnation and blood stasis,phlegm-dampness and blood stasis,lung stagnation and phlegm-heat type.Deficiency syndrome is divided into yin deficiency and internal heat,qi and yin deficiency,yang deficiency and yin and yang deficiency.The inclusion of deficiency and excess can be divided into syndromes such as qi stagnation with spleen deficiency,phlegm dampness with qi deficiency,qi stagnation with qi deficiency,qi stagnation with blood stasis with qi deficiency,phlegm heat with yin deficiency,and phlegm heat with qi deficiency.Professor Wang Pei used crude drugs and small poisons to treat lung cancer.Professor Wang Sanhu made good use of prescription to treat lung cancer.The medicine experience concluded by Wang Changjun and Sun Jiiru revealed that the treatment of lung cancer is mainly to invigorate qi,dissipate phlegm and dissipate blood stasis,and it is combined with traditional Chinese medicine of nourishing yin and clearing heat,detoxifying,dredging collateral and dissipating blood stasis.
