多层螺旋CT和HRCT诊断孤立性肺结节的价值分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析多层螺旋CT和高分辨率CT(HRCT)诊断孤立性肺结节的价值。方法:以我院2018年1月至2021年6月期间收治的68例孤立性肺结节患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受多层螺旋CT和HRCT检查。以手术病理活检结果为金标准,分析多层螺旋CT、HRCT检查和金标准检查结果的一致性、对孤立性肺结节的诊断价值以及两种检查方式对该疾病图形特征。结果:68例孤立性肺结结节患者中,手术病理活检检测出恶性结节45例,检出率为45/68(66.17%),良性结节23例,检出率为23/68(33.83%)。多层螺旋CT和金标准一致性较差,kappa值为0.398,HRCT和金标准一致性较好kappa值为0.673;多层螺旋CT对孤立性肺结节的诊断符合率、敏感度、特异度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值均低于HRCT;HRCT对孤立性肺结节各影像学征象检查率均高于多层螺旋CT(P<0.05)。结论:HRCT对孤立性肺结节的诊断价值更高。
