BI-RADS超声诊断基底细胞样型乳腺癌的临床价值

摘要 目的:探讨分析在针对基底细胞样型乳腺癌患者进行临床诊断时,将BI-RADS超声应用于患者病情诊断中的效果,分析临床可应用价值。方法:研究实验时间段设置在2019年6月至2021年12月,在该时段内将我院中超声病理科检查证实组织类型的乳腺癌患者共计60名作为研究对象,在对患者的基本资料进行确认后,按照手术结果作为依据,将患者进行三组均分。其中包括BLBC组(n=20)、non-BLBC TNBC组(n=20)以及non-TNBC组(n=20);研究人员在所有患者进入医院后,由医务人员针对患者进行BI-RADS超声诊断,在诊断完成后,由医务人员针对三组患者的影像学特征进行分析探讨组间差异,并判断BI-RADS超声应用于基底细胞样型乳腺癌患者病情分型中的效果,分析其临床可应用价值。结果:针对本次研究结果进行判断后,可以发现BLBC组患者相较于non-BLBC TNBC组以及non-TNBC组患者来说,患者的肿块形态、边缘特征与方位存在明显差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而在研究结果中发现BLBC组与non-TNBC组患者进行对比后,两组患者的肿块形态、直径与边缘特征和超声弹性评分进行对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对本次研究中研究结果来进行分析,可以发现在针对基底细胞样型乳腺癌患者进行临床诊断时,选择BI-RADS超声作为诊断方案能够确定患者的个体状况,同时针对患者的病情,为患者选择对应的治疗方案与诊断方案,使后续临床治疗工作更为顺利的开展。 Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of BI-RADS ultrasound in the diagnosis of patients with basal cell like breast cancer,and analyze the elinical application value.Methods:The research experiment period was set from June 2019 to December 2021.During this period,a total of 60 breast cancer patients with tissue type confirmed by ultrasound pathology in our hospital were taken as the research objects.After confirming the basic data of patients,the patients were divided into three groups according to the surgical results.It includes BLBC group(n=20),non BLBC TNBC group(n=20)and non TNBC group(n=20);After all the patients entered the hospital,the medical staff performed BI-RADS ultrasound diagnosis for the patients.After the diagnosis,the medical staff analyzed the imaging characteristics of the three groups of patients to explore the differences between the groups,judge the effct of BI-RADS ultrasound in the disease classifcation of patents with basal cell like breast cancer,and analyze its clinical application value.Results:After judging the results of this study,it can be found that compared with the patients in the non BLBC TNBC group and the non TNBC group,the patients in the BLBC group had significant differences in tumor morphology,edge characteristics and orientation(P<0.05).In the research results,it was found that there were staistically significant dfferences in the shape,diameter,edge characteristics and ultrasonic elasticity scores of the tumor between the BLBC group and the non TNBC group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the analysis of the research results in this study,it can be found that in the clinical diagnosis of patients with basal cell like breast cancer,the selection of BI-RADS ultrasound as a diagnostic scheme can determine the individual condition of patients,and at the same time,according to the patient s condition,select the corresponding treatment scheme and diagnostic scheme for patients,so that the fllow-up clinical treatment work can be carried out more smoothly.
