知识产权保护对数字经济发展的影响研究——基于研发投入的中介效应

数字经济已成为引领全球经济发展的新动能,与此同时这也对知识产权保护提出了更高的要求。以我国2013-2020年30个省级面板数据为样本,实证检验知识产权保护对我国数字经济发展的影响及作用机制的结果,发现加强知识产权保护显著推动了数字经济发展,研发投入在其中发挥了部分中介作用。此外,这种促进作用还表现出区域异质性,分地区回归结果表明,知识产权保护对于东部地区数字经济发展存在显著正向影响,而在中西部地区这种影响及作用机制并不显著。

The digital economy has become a new driving force for global economic development,but at the same time,it also posed higher requirements for intellectual property protection.Based on 30 provincial data from 2013 to 2020,this paper empirically examines the mechanism of intellectual property protection and its impact on the development of the digital economy of our nation,and finds that strengthening the intellectual property protection can significantly promote the development of digital economy,and that R&D investment plays a partial intermediary role in the process.In addition,the research result reveals that the promoting effect is rather dependent on the region location,that is,intellectual property protection has a significant positive impact on the development of digital economy in the eastern region,while it doesn't seem so important in the central and western regions.etry.
