疫情常态化背景下社交媒体接触对大学生心理健康的影响——有调节的中介变量

摘要 本研究根据素质-压力模型,将反刍思维作为中介因素与个体正念水平构成一个有调节的中介模型,将进一步厘清社交媒体接触对大学生心理健康的影响机制,探讨反刍思维和个体正念水平之间的交互作用,丰富相关研究领域的理论背景。采用社交媒体接触量表、中国版本正念测量量表、与事件相关的反刍清单、凯斯勒心理困扰量表,对320名学生样本进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)社交媒体接触和反刍思维均能够正向预测心理困扰;(2)反刍思维在社交媒体接触和心理困扰间存在中介效应;(3)个体正念水平在社交媒体接触对反刍思维的路径中起到调节作用。 Inspired by the diathesis-stress model,the writer intends to construct a moderated mediating model constituted by ruminative thinking and mindfulness level,with the former being the mediating factor,and to further clarify the interaction between ruminative thinking and mindfulness level and how social media exposure influences the mental health of college students,which may enrich the theoretical background of related research fields.Therefore,in this study a sample of 320 students were surveyed using the Social Media Exposure Scale,the Chinese version of the Mindfulness Measurement Scale,the event-related Rumination Inventory,and the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale.The research results are as follows:①Social media exposure and rumination can both positively predict psychological distress;②Rumination has a mediating effect between social media exposure and psychological distress;③The level of individual mindfulness moderates the rumination during the social media exposure.
