环保型拒水尼龙户外面料的开发

摘要 尼龙面料强力高、耐磨性好,被广泛用于箱包、帐篷等户外领域,为满足锦纶织物用于户外运动产品的特殊要求,户外面料须经过拒水整理。随着常规含氟拒水剂环保问题的日益突出,开发环保无氟拒水的尼龙户外面料迫在眉睫。对比了不同无氟拒水剂对尼龙的拒水整理效果,筛选出适合尼龙拒水整理的环保型无氟拒水剂,确定适宜的整理工艺;对拒水整理后的尼龙织物进行PU涂层,研究无氟拒水剂对织物涂层的影响;对涂层后的尼龙户外织物的耐水洗性能进行测试,结果表明:环保型拒水尼龙户外面料可以采用超支化大分子无氟拒水剂整理,当拒水剂质量浓度为60 g/L,160℃处理70 s时,尼龙织物的拒水等级可以达到90分;尼龙牛津布经超支化大分子无氟拒水剂整理对后续织物涂层无影响;经过5次水洗后布面的拒水效果仍然有80分,具有比较优异的耐水洗性。 Nylon fabric with high strength and good wear resistance is widely used for outdoor use such as luggage and tents.Outdoor nylon fabric must be treated with water-repellent finishing.As the environmen⁃tal protection problem of common fluorine-containing water repellent becomes more and more prominent,it is urgent to develop environmental friendly fluorine-free water-repellent nylon outdoor fabric.The water-re⁃pellent finishing effects of different fluorine-free water repellents on nylon were compared,environmentally friendly fluorine-free water repellents suitable for nylon water repellent finishing was selected,and the appro⁃priate finishing process was determined.The effect of fluorine-free water repellent on the PU coating of ny⁃lon fabric after water repellent treatment was studied and the water washing resistance of the coated nylon outdoor fabric was tested.The results showed that the environmentally friendly nylon water-repellent outdoor fabric could be treated with hyperextended macromolecule fluorine-free water-repellent agent.When the mass concentration of the water-repellent agent was 60 g/L and treated at 160℃for 70 s,the water-repel⁃lent grade of the nylon fabric could reach 90 points.After finishing by hyperbranched macromolecules,PU coating was not affected,and the coating effect was the same as that of common fluorine water-repellent.The water-repellent effect of the fabric was still 80 points after five times of washing,which had excellent washing durability.
