摘要
玻尿酸作为护肤品时具有良好的保湿效果和生物相容性。为降低干燥环境下皮肤的干燥程度,提高皮肤与面料间微环境的湿度,将自制的玻尿酸整理剂通过浸轧工艺整理于不同内衣面料上,使织物获得良好的保湿性能。通过测试织物在不同湿度环境下的吸湿放湿性能,研究腈纶/黏胶/氨纶针织物、纯棉针织物、涤纶黏胶针织物经玻尿酸整理剂整理后的保湿效果。结果表明:3种织物经过玻尿酸整理剂整理后的吸湿率最大提高18.6%、37.0%、6.8%;经过玻尿酸整理剂整理后织物的放湿率未发生明显变化。织物中纤维素纤维的含量越高,所结合的玻尿酸整理剂的数量越多,越有利于提高织物的保湿性。
Hyaluronic acid,as a skin care product,has good moisturizing effect and biocompatibility.In or⁃der to reduce the dryness of the skin in the dry environment and improve the humidity of the microenviron⁃ment between the skin and the fabric,the self-made hyaluronic acid finishing agent was finished on different underwear fabrics by dip rolling process,so as to make the fabric obtain good moisture retention.By testing the moisture absorption and dehumidification properties of fabrics in different humidity environments,the moisture retention effects of acrylic/viscose spandex knitted fabrics,pure cotton knitted fabrics and polyester viscose knitted fabrics treated with hyaluronic acid finishing agent were studied.The results showed that the moisture absorption of 3 fabrics treated with hyaluronic acid finishing agent increased by 18.6%,37.0%and 6.8%.The moisture release rate of the fabric treated with hyaluronic acid finishing agent did not change signifi⁃cantly.The higher the content of cellulose fiber in the fabric,the more hyaluronic acid finishing agent com⁃bined,which was more conducive to improve the moisture retention of the fabric.
