摘要
印花色浆的渗透效果很大程度上取决于印花糊料的选择、印花工艺等因素。不同种类的印花糊料渗透性不同,即使同类糊料,也会因为规格不同存在渗透差异。黏度越低的海藻酸钠和取代度越高的羧甲基纤维素钠的印花性能,尤其是渗透性能越好。通过对比实验,确定渗透效果较好的印花浆黏度和印花参数。
The penetration effect of printing paste largely depends on the selection of printing paste,print⁃ing process and other factors.Different types of printing paste have different permeability,even similar pastes,there are differences in penetration due to different specifications.The lower the viscosity of sodium alginate and the higher the degree of substitution of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,the better its printing performance,especially the permeability.Through comparative experiments,the viscosity and printing parame⁃ters of the printing paste with the better penetration effect were determined.
