服装智能化样板结构设计与应用研究进展

摘要 为了有效帮助服装样板制作人员及相关学者深入了解智能化设计技术和选择适当的实现方法,从系统开发、样板设计和技术方法等层面综述了服装样板智能化设计的研究进展,分析讨论了富怡服装CAD、ET服装CAD、AutoCAD、MatLab及其他智能化技术的实现方法与优缺点。研究表明:智能化技术在服装样板领域得到广泛的探讨并基本实现了个性化样板制作;富怡服装CAD因功能齐全、操作方便,更适用于初学者和院校教学,ET服装CAD更适合企业使用;AutoCAD克服了传统服装CAD制版流程不通畅等问题,但过程较繁琐、易错;MatLab能直观得到可视化的参数结果,但程序需在自身环境下才可运行,开发大型应用程序易出错;其余方法从不同方向实现了服装样板的智能化设计,但模型的适用性尚未可知。 In order to effectively help garment pattern makers and related scholars to deeply understand the intel⁃lectualized pattern design technology and choose appropriate implementation methods,the research progress of garment pat⁃tern intellectualized design is summarized from the aspects of system development,pattern design and technical methods,and the implementation methods,advantages and disadvantages of Richpeace garment CAD,ET garment CAD,AutoCAD software,MatLab software and other parametric technologies are discussed.The research show that parametric technology has been widely discussed in the field of clothing template,and personalized template making has been basically realized.Richpeace garment CAD is more suitable for beginners and universities due to its complete functions and convenient opera⁃tion,while ET garment CAD is more suitable for enterprises to use.AutoCAD software overcomes the problems of tradition⁃al garment CAD plate making processes that are not smooth,but the process is tedious and error-prone.MatLab software can directly get visual parameter results,but the program can only run in its own environment,and it is easy to make mis⁃takes in the development of large-scale application programs.Other methods realize the intellectualized design of garment pattern from different directions,but the applicability of the model is not known.
