摘要
为了充分发挥剑杆小样机在纺织新品种开发中的优势,以60%莱赛尔与40%棉贡缎织物为实验对象,分析高支高密贡缎布面疵点的形成原因,再分别对浆纱、整经、穿综筘、织造工序进行工艺优化,可以解决浆纱后纱线伸长率低、上浆率不匀、布面经缩起圈、跳纱和起楞的问题。
In order to give full play to the advantages of rapier prototype in the development of new textile variet-ies,taking 60%Lyocell and 40%cotton satin fabrics as experimental objects,the causes of defects in high count and high density satin fabric are analyzed.Then,the processes of sizing,warping,heald reed and weaving are optimized respectively,solving the problems of low yarn elongation,uneven sizing rate,end snarl,float and wrinkle of cloth surface after sizing.
