现代多层印染厂房设计研究与创新

Design research and innovation of modern multi-story printing and dyeing factory

因土地集约化利用的要求,印染厂从传统的单层厂房转变为多层厂房是必然的选择。目前,印染多层厂房普遍存在通风差、生产环境不佳、结露滴水、楼板漏水、生产效率低、设备安装不便、建筑使用率低等问题,不但影响企业正常生产,还存在安全隐患。针对上述问题,设计院从工艺设计、建筑设计、结构设计3方面入手,打破传统设计思路,寻求技术革新,解决目前多层厂房存在的问题,设计出具备良好的经济性、符合企业需求的现代化多层印染厂房。

Due to the requirements of intensive land use,it is an inevitable choice for printing and dyeing factories to transform from traditional single-story factories to multi-story factories.At present,there are common problems in multi story printing and dyeing factories,such as poor ventilation,poor production environment,condensation and dripping,floor leakage,low production efficiency,inconvenient equipment installation,and low building usage rate.This not only affects the normal production of enterprises,but also poses safety hazards.In response to the above issues,the design institute starts from three aspects:process design,architectural design,and structural design,breaking traditional design ideas,seek⁃ing technological innovation,and solving the problems currently existing in multi-story factories.It designs a modern multi story printing and dyeing factory with good economy and meeting the needs of the enterprise.
