工业汽轮机叶片损伤三维数值分析研究

摘要 针对某核电辅助给水汽动泵配套用汽轮机,其动叶片产生弯曲损伤后机组无法正常启动展开三维数值分析,分析结果表明,叶片的损伤导致机组的轴向推力显著增大,同时做功能力也明显下降,输出扭矩无法克服启动时所需力矩,造成汽轮机无法启动,通流部分成为静止通道。 A three-dimensional numerical analysis was carried out for a steam turbine auxiliary to a nuclear power plant water vapor dynamic pump whose rotor blades were damaged by bending and the steam turbine could not start normally.The analysis results showed that the axial thrust of the turbine was significantly increased due to the blade damage,and the power capacity was also significantly decreased.The output torque could not overcome the required torque during startup,resulting in the turbine could not start and the flow part became a static channel.
