摘要
变速器是汽车的核心零部件,其中的齿轮副啮合装配是整车企业生产工艺的重中之重,啮合装配工艺有极高的精度和角度要求,因此所涉及的自动化设备设计极其复杂,价格更是昂贵。文章研究分析啮合装配的工艺理论和设备特点,通过对伺服驱动、扭矩和角度传感器的重组,验证和优化总结了一套行之有效的装配理论,并在生产线上付诸实践,完美实现了啮合装配的工艺要求,更大幅降低了设备成本。
The gearbox is the core component of the automobile,and the gear pair meshing assembly,which has extremely high precision and angle requirements,is also the top priority of the production process of manufacturing.Therefore,The design of the automation equipments involved is compler,and the price of which tend to be high.The process theory and equipment characteristics are analyzed,and through the reorganization of servo drive,torque and angle sensors,a new assem⁃bly theory is verified and optimized,and put into practice on the production line,perfectly realizes the process requirements,while reduces the equipment cost significantly.
