武汉市主城区重点医院停车综合治理

Comprehensive Treatment of Parking in Key Hospitals in the Main Urban Area of Wuhan

伴随着城市交通的快速发展与建设,小汽车拥有量持续快速增长,城市停车难问题日渐突出,尤其是主城区重点医院停车更是难上加难,在诱发区域交通拥堵的同时也给患者就医造成了较大影响。为了切实解决医院停车难题,对武汉市主城区21处重点医院停车进行分析研究,深入解析现状停车特征及问题,重点通过“优化供给、强化组织、完善收费、调控需求”4个路径,分别从内部充分挖潜、外部公共停车适度补充、周边区域积极共享、内外交通精细化组织运行、实施差异化收费政策、加强智慧化收费管理、从时间上和空间上调控需求、提升绿色出行品质等10个方面提出详细的治理方案,努力营造良好就医环境,改善医院停车秩序。

With the rapid development and construction of urban traffic,the ownership of cars continues to grow rapidly,and the problem of difficult parking in cities is increasingly prominent.Especially,parking in key urban hospitals is even more difficult,which not only causes regional traffic congestion but also causes a great impact on patients'medical treatment.In order to effectively solve the hospital parking problem,the parking of 21 key hospitals in the main urban area of Wuhan are analyzed and studied,the current parking characteristics and problems are thoroughly analyzed,and four aspects are suggested to analysis,including optimization of supply,strengthen the organization,fees improvement and demand regulation,respectively from the internal full potential,external public parking moderate supplement,active sharing of surrounding areas,fine traffic organization operation,implementation of differentiated charging policies,time and space regulation needs,improve the quality of green travel of 10 aspects of comprehensive management plan,to create a good medical environment and improve the hospital parking order to provide reference.
