摘要
为缓解交通拥堵、助力绿色低碳发展,越来越多的大城市规划建设了轨道交通线路。但很多城市未实现轨道交通网络化运营,受轨道交通影响,常规公交吸引力不足,在此背景下,开展常规公交优化调整研究具有重要意义。以福州市为例,基于多源数据,跳出公交线网单一视角,围绕保路权、加快线、强融合、均线网、优环境等五大策略,构建比小汽车、电动自行车更有竞争力的公共交通系统。实践证明,优化调整方案提高了线路运营速度、降低了居民出行时耗等。
In order to alleviate urban traffic congestion,more and more large cities are planning and constructing urban rail transit lines.However,the majority of those cities have not established urban rail transit network.Affected by urban rail transit,the bus transit is unattractive.It is of great significance to carry out optimization of bus transit,under the background of decline in passenger flow.Therefore,a case study on optimization of bus transit is made in Fuzhou.Based on multi-source big data,five strategies have been proposed to construct a comfortable and reliable public transport system,which include protecting bus priority strategy,adding express lines strategy,strengthening integration strategy,balancing bus network distribution strategy,and optimizing environment strategy.By means of integrating the resources of public transportation network,a high quality public transportation system has been constructed,which is more competitive than cars and electric bicycles.It is proved that the optimization plan has played a positive role in improving the bus speed and reducing the travel time of residents.
