高质量发展背景下上海市轨道交通网络规划与实践

Urban Rail Transit Network Planning and Practicing in Shanghai Under the Background of High Quality Development

经过二十几年的集中快速发展,上海市轨道交通已经进入到大规模网络化运营阶段。随着《上海市城市总体规划(2017—2035)》的批复,上海市未来将形成“网络化、多中心、组团式、集约型”的空间体系,城市发展已经迈入到历史性的新时代。落实中央系列会议精神,贯彻五大发展理念,高质量地推进轨道交通网络规划是实现上海市成为全球化国际城市的重要支撑。在大规模网络化规划布局和高质量发展背景下,按照创新发展理念,研究轨道交通网络和选线对城市空间的引导、对地区发展的支撑作用,在轨道交通场站布局规划中强调综合开发利用,体现土地节约集约利用。

After more than 20 years of centralized and rapid development,Shanghai rail transit has entered the stage of largescale network operation.With the approval of the General Regulation of Shanghai 2035,Shanghai will form a"network,multi-center,group and intensive"space system in the future,and the urban development has entered a new historical era.Implementing the spirit of the central conference series,implementing the five development concepts and promoting the rail transit network planning with high quality are the important support for Shanghai to achieve the global urban development goals.Based on the large-scale network operation,according to the concept of innovative development,this paper deeply studies how to continuously strengthen the guidance and coordination of rail transit network on urban space,improve the efficiency of land use along the line,improve the efficiency of network services,and realize the sustainable development of the network under the background of high-quality development.
