上海黄浦江越江通道交通特征分析及思考

Analysis and Thinking on Traffic Characteristics of Shanghai Huangpu River River-crossing Channel

为优化黄浦江越江通道布局,增强越江交通通过能力,提升越江交通效率,研究了跨黄浦江的交通特征、交通需求和发展趋势。首先,通过对上海市跨黄浦江通道的发展过程、规划布局、交通数据进行梳理,分析越江通道现状交通运行特征;其次,结合城市发展规划、空间布局、用地与人口等因素,并利用上海市道路网模型,以定性和定量相结合的方式预判上海黄浦江未来越江需求;最后,以现状越江交通特征和未来交通发展趋势为基础,提出上海黄浦江越江通道的重点发展区域、发展方向以及发展方式等方面思考和优化现有越江通道通行效率等相关建议。

In order to optimize the layout of the Huangpu River's river-crossing channel,enhance the river-crossing traffic capacity and improve the river-crossing traffic efficiency,the traffic characteristics,traffic demand and development trend across the Huangpu River are studied.First of all,by sorting out the development process,planning and layout,and traffic data of the cross-Huangpu River channel in Shanghai,the current traffic operation characteristics of the cross-river channel are analyzed.Secondly,combined with urban development planning,spatial layout,land use and population,and using the Shanghai road network model,predict the future demand of Shanghai Huangpu River crossing the river in a qualitative and quantitative way.Finally,based on the characteristics of the current river-crossing traffic and the future traffic development trend,this paper puts forward the key development areas,development direction and development mode of the Shanghai Huangpu River river-crossing channel,and puts forward relevant suggestions on optimizing the traffic efficiency of the existing river-crossing channel.
