改性酚醛复合材料预埋套筒的设计及性能研究

摘要 通过分析城市轨道交通隧道盾构管片预留预埋技术中金属预埋件存在的问题,采用新材料和新工艺,将改性酚醛复合材料和模压成型工艺应用于预埋套筒。根据材料阻燃性能、强度和预埋套筒高温承载性能的要求,通过对酚醛材料改性研究和产品结构研究,开发聚氨酯改性酚醛复合材料,设计一种酚醛复合材料绝缘层包裹金属内芯的新型结构形式。同时,对预埋套管的受力进行有限元模拟计算,形成完整的生产工艺,具备优良的性能指标,研发一种适用于隧道盾构管片的复合材料预埋套筒,以解决金属预埋件的腐蚀和杂散电流管片对钢筋笼电化学腐蚀问题。 In this paper,the modified phenolic composite material and the molding process are applied to the embedded sleeve by analyzing the problems of metal embedded parts in the shield segment reservation and embedding technology of urban rail transit tunnel with new materials and new processes.According to the requirements of material flame retardance,strength and high temperature bearing capacity of embedded sleeve,through the research on the modification of phenolic material and product structure,a polyurethane modified phenolic composite was developed,and a new structural form of phenolic composite insulating layer wrapped with metal core was designed.At the same time,this paper has carried out finite element simulation calculation on the stress of embedded sleeve,formed a complete production process,and has excellent performance indicators.A composite embedded sleeve suitable for tunnel shield segments has been developed to solve the corrosion of metal embedded parts and the electrochemical corrosion of stray current segments on reinforcement cage.
