差序氛围对知识型矿工不安全行为的影响——正念与心理契约违背的作用

Influence of chaxu climate on unsafe behavior of knowledge-based miners:role of mindfulness and psychological contract violation

为提升智慧矿山背景下煤炭企业的安全绩效,明确差序氛围对知识型矿工不安全行为的影响机制,基于资源保存理论和认知失调理论构建概念模型,以国内某智能化示范煤矿799名矿工作为研究对象,利用结构方程模型对假设进行实证检验。研究结果表明:差序氛围、心理契约违背对知识型矿工的不安全行为存在正向影响;正念对知识型矿工的不安全行为存在负向影响;正念-心理契约违背在差序氛围与知识型矿工不安全行为间起到链式中介作用。研究结果可为有效减少智慧矿山不安全行为的发生,保障煤矿企业的安全生产提供理论支撑。

In order to improve the safety performance of coal enterprises under the background of intelligent mines and clarify the influence mechanism of the chaxu climate on the unsafe behavior of knowledge-based miners,a conceptual model was constructed based on the resource conservation theory and cognitive dissonance theory.Taking 799 miners in an intelligent demonstration coal mine in China as the research object,the structural equation model was used to empirically test the hypothesis.The results showed that the chaxu climate and psychological contract violation had positive impact on the unsafe behavior of knowledge-based miners,the mindfulness had negative impact on the unsafe behavior of knowledge-based miners,and the mindfulness and psychological contract violation played the chain mediating role between chaxu climate and unsafe behavior of knowledge-based miners.The research results can provide theoretical support for effectively reducing the occurrence of unsafe behavior in intelligent mines and ensuring the work safety of coal mining enterprises.
