摘要
为研究深井阳极地床杂散电流干扰的影响范围及其严重程度,采用COMSOL软件建立典型深井阳极地床地电场数值模型,结合现场测试数据验证数值模型的可靠性,分析土壤电阻率、输出电流、阳极埋深和阳极体总长度等因素对深井阳极地床地电位梯度分布、地电位梯度峰值和杂散电流强干扰半径的影响。研究结果表明:地电位梯度峰值与土壤电阻率和输出电流之间呈线性增长关系,与阳极埋深和阳极体总长度呈二次函数负相关;杂散电流强干扰半径与土壤电阻率和输出电流呈二次函数正相关,与阳极埋深和阳极体总长度呈二次函数负相关;土壤电阻率和输出电流对深井阳极地床杂散电流干扰影响较大,针对输出电流大的深井阳极地床和多石、旱地等高土壤电阻率区域,应对其邻近金属构筑物做好监测及排流保护。研究结果可为深井阳极地床优化选址、设计及其邻近金属构筑物腐蚀防护提供指导。
In order to investigate the influence scope and severity of the stray current interference generated from the deep-well anode bed,the numerical model for the geoelectric field of typical deep-well anode bed was established by using the COMSOL software.The reliability of the numerical model was verified by field test data,and the influence of soil resistivity,output current,anode depth and total anode length on the distribution of ground potential gradient,the peak value of ground potential gradient and the strong interference radius of stray current was analyzed.The results showed that the peak value of ground potential gradient had a linear growth relationship with the soil resistivity and output current,and had a quadratic negative correlation with the anode depth and total anode length.The strong interference radius of stray current was positively correlated with the soil resistivity and output current,and negatively correlated with the anode depth and total anode length.The soil resistivity and output current had great influence on the stray current interference of deep-well anode bed,and for the deep-well anode bed with large output current and the high soil resistivity areas such as stone and dry land,the adjacent metal structures should be monitored and discharged.The research results can provide guidance for the optimal site selection design of deep-well anode beds and the corrosion protection of adjacent metal structures.
