父亲鼓励独立自主的教养方式与大学生人际促进的关系研究——基于贝叶斯结构方程模型的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究鼓励独立自主的父亲教养方式对在校大学生人际促进能力的影响,以及谦虚品格在父亲鼓励独立自主的教养方式和人际促进能力间的中介作用。方法采用横断面的问卷调查对在校大学生的父亲教养方式、谦虚品格和人际促进能力进行数据收集。采用Pearson线性相关进行两两相关分析,利用贝叶斯结构方程模型探索变量间的作用关系并验证中介作用。结果父亲鼓励独立自主的教养方式与大学生人际促进、谦逊品格呈正相关(r=0.298,P<0.01;r=0.361,P<0.01),学生人际促进和谦逊品格间也呈正相关(r=0.443,P<0.01)。父亲鼓励独立自主的教养方式直接正向作用于大学生的人际促进能力(β=0.160,95%CI:0.052~0.264),其通过谦逊品质对大学生人际促进的间接效应为0.189(95%CI:0.131~0.255)。结论父亲鼓励独立自主的教养方式不仅可以直接影响大学生的人际促进能力,还可以通过谦虚品格产生间接影响。倡导独立自主的父亲教养方式和培养谦逊品格将有助于大学生人际促进能力的提升。 Objective The study aimed to explore the relationship between encouragement of independence from father and interpersonal facilitation of college students,and the mediation effect of modesty character on above relation.Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire was conducted to collect data of college students,including encouragement of independence from father,interpersonal facilitation ability and modesty character.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze their correlations,and Bayesian structural equation model was employed to explore the relationship between variables and verify the possible mediation effect of modesty character.Results It showed that encouragement of independence from father had significant positive corrections with interpersonal facilitation(r=0.298,P<0.01)and modesty character of college students(r=0.361,P<0.01).There was also a positive relation between interpersonal facilitation ability and modesty character(r=0.443,P<0.01)of college students.Bayesian structural equation model showed that encouragement of independence from father had a directly positive effect on interpersonal facilitation of college students(β=0.160,95%CI:0.052~0.264).Modest character of college students mediated the effect of encouragement of independence from father on interpersonal facilitation(β=0.189,95%CI:0.131~0.255).Conclusion Encouragement of independence from father not only directly affected the interpersonal promotion ability of college students,but also indirectly through modest character of college students.Advocating encouragement of independence from father and cultivating modesty character of college students will help improving interpersonal facilitation ability of college students.
