摘要
高职学生的专业课学习行为不佳困扰着教师,也成为国家培养化工行业高技能人才和大国工匠的绊脚石。高职化工学生专业课的学习离不开适当强度的学习动机。本文进行了专业课学习动机的问卷,调查综合考虑高职院校的办学特点、化工专业特点以及高职学生学习现状,根据调查结果针对性地实施激发学生学习动机策略,为新时代人才强国战略贡献高校力量。
Poor learning behavior of Chemical Engineering students in specialized courses has plagued teachers in Vocational College,moreover it makes a stumbling block for the country to cultivate highly skilled personnel and large countries craftsmen for the chemical industry.Chemical Engineering students of Vocational College can not learn specialized courses without appropriate intensity of learning motivation.The characteristics of Vocational College and chemical engineering specialty and the present situation of Vocational College students must be considered in the investigation of learning motivation of specialized courses.According to the survey results,the strategies for stimulating learning motivation are implemented in a targeted manner,which contributes to strategy on developing a quality workforce in the new era.
