作为中国特色社会主义现代化建设新征程的一篇纲领性文件,党的二十大报告对新时代党的民族工作具有深远的指导性意义。在系统研读党的二十大报告的基础上,作者筛选出五个统领全篇的主题词,以此作为索引来全面阐述党的二十大精神对新时代民族工作的指引作用。第一个主题词是“关键时刻”,关联着新时代新征程中民族工作的历史方位;第二个主题词是“中心任务”,关联着新时代新征程中民族工作的使命担当;第三个主题词是“国家安全”,关联着新时代新征程中民族工作的基础功能;第四个主题词是“团结奋斗”,关联着新时代新征程中民族工作的时代要求;第五个主题词是“党的领导”,关联着新时代新征程中民族工作的政治保证。
