血清IL-6、CRP、PCT联合检测在结直肠癌术后感染诊断中的价值分析

The Value Analysis of Combined Detection of Serum IL-6,CRP and PCT in Diagnosing Postoperative Infection of Colorectal Cancer

目的:分析血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)联合检测在结直肠癌术后感染诊断中的临床价值。方法:将我院2020-2022年接受治疗的结直肠癌术后感染患者30例作为观察组,选择同期未出现感染的患者30例作为对照组,检测并比较2组患者术后血清IL-6、CRP、PCT水平及对结直肠癌患者术后感染的诊断效能。结果:观察组患者术后3d血清IL-6、CRP、PCT水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),三项联合诊断AUC最大,特异性及灵敏度最高。结论:血清IL-6、CRP、PCT水平在结直肠癌术后感染患者中高表达,联合检测其变化能提高术后感染的诊断效能。

Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of serum interleukin 6(IL-6),Creactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)in diagnosing postoperative infection of colorectal cancer.Methods Enrolled 30cases suffered postoperative infection who had received treatment of colorectal cancer in author's hospital(2020-2022)as observation group,at the same time,another 30cases not suffered infection after surgery as control group;then,compared both groups'patients'postoperative levels of serum IL-6,CRP,and PCT,as well as their diagnostic roles on postoperative infection.Results After surgery the levels of three factors in observation group were all higher than in control group(P<0.05);the AUC of combined diagnosis of three factors was most large,and its sensitivity and specificity also were most high.Conclusion The expression of the three factors in the patients suffered postoperative infection show high-level,and their combined detection for diagnosing the infection is of high efficiency.
