腹部超声在结肠癌术前分期诊断中的价值

The Value of Abdominal Ultrasound in Preoperatively Staging Diagnosis of Colonic Cancer

目的:探讨腹部超声在结肠癌术前分期诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2020-2022年80例行手术治疗的结肠癌患者临床资料。所有患者入院后术前均行腹部超声检查与CT检查,以术后病理检查结果为金标准,比较腹部超声检查和CT检查对结肠癌T分期的诊断价值。结果:术后病理诊断T分期结果显示,T110例,T219例,T339例,T412例,腹部超声单项检查对结肠癌T1、T2、T3、T4分期诊断准确率分别为90.00%、89.47%、94.87%和83.33%,CT单项检查诊断准确率分别为60.00%、73.68%、82.05%和66.67%,腹部超声联合CT检查准确率分别为90.00%、94.74%、97.44%和91.67%。结论:结肠癌患者术前应用腹部超声检查能较好的分辨肿瘤浸润程度,帮助医师明确肿瘤T分期,具有较高的诊断价值,但腹部超声联合CT的诊断价值更高。

Objective To investigate the value of abdominal ultrasound in preoperatively staging diagnosis of colonic cancer.Methods Retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of 80cases who had received surgery for colonic cancer in author's hospital(2020-2022)and before surgery all received abdominal ultrasound and CT inspection;took pathological exam.results as gold-standard,and compared the diagnosis value for T stage using ultrasound or CT.Results Postoperative pathological exam.for diagnosis of T stage showed T1,10cases;T2,19cases;T3,39cases;T4,12cases compared with which alone abdominal ultrasound's diagnostic accurate rate on T1,T2,T3and T4was respectively 90.00%,89.47%,94.87%,and 83.33%,meanwhile,alone CT's rate,respectively 60.0%,73.68%,82.05%,and 66.67%;the accurate rates of combined inspections of both were 90.00%,94.74%,97.44%,and 91.67%.Conclusion For colonic cancer patients before surgery performig abdominal ultrasound inspection can better differentiate tumor infiltration depth,is helpful to doctors confirming tumor of T stage,with higher diagnostic value;if both's combination,more higher.
