大承气汤加减治疗肠梗阻患者疗效及对胃肠功能的影响

The Effect of Dachengqi Tang Modified in the Treatment of Intestinal Obstruction,as well as Its Influence on Gastrointestinal Function

目的:探讨大承气汤加减治疗肠梗阻患者疗效及对胃肠功能的影响。方法:将82例肠梗阻患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予大承气汤加减治疗,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、胃肠功能指标变化(胃泌素、胃动素)及胃肠功能恢复情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的82.92%(P<0.05);观察组患者胃泌素、胃动素水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者腹痛腹胀缓解时间、肠蠕动恢复时间、首次排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大承气汤加减治疗肠梗阻效果显著,能有效改善患者胃肠功能,促进机体恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of Dachengqi Tang(Tang,a TCM formula)modified in the treatment of intestinal obstruction(IO),as well as its influence on gastrointestinal function.Methods Randomly divided 80IO patients treated in authors'hospital into control group(41cases,routine therapy)and observation group(41cases,routine therapy plus Tang);then,compared both groups'clinical effect,the status on gatrointestinal function recovered.Results After treatment in total effective rate,in the levels of gastrin and motilin,as well as in the time for abdomen pain and burbulence relieved,for entercinesia recovered,for first flatus,and for hospitalization observation group was respectively higher(97.56%vs 82.92%),higher,as well as shorter than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Tang in the treatment of IO has significant effect,can effectively improve patients'gastrointestinal function,and promote body recovered.
