Objective To investigate the influence of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)conception combined with teaching about entrusting competences on early postoperative rehabilitation outcome of rectal cancer patients. Methods Randomly divided the 96patients with rectal cancer treated in author's hospital into control group(48cases,routine rehabilitation treatment)and observation group(48cases,based on routine treatment, added with ERAS conception combined with teaching about entrusting competences);then, compared both groups'patients'the time for postoperative first flatus and out-of-bed ambulation, the score ratings on pain,PSQI,survival quality,as postoperative complication status. Results The time for postoperative flatus first and out-of-bed ambulation in observation group were all shorter than in control group(P<0.05),and,the ratings on pain and PSQI,lower than in control group(P<0.05);what's more,in the ratings on survival quality(body function, emotion),in the ratigns on constipation and inappetence, and,in the incidence of postoperative complications, observation group was respectively higher, lower, and lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS conception combined with teaching about entrusting competence can decrease surgery's stimulation and trauma on body, which is beneficial to early outcome of patients'postoperative rehabilitation.
