垂直管理对结直肠癌术前CT扫描检查时间、满意度及舒适度的影响

The Influence of Vertical Management Amidst Preoperatively CT Scanning of Colorectal Cancer on Inspecting Time,Satisfaction,and Comfort Degree

目的:分析垂直管理对结直肠癌术前CT扫描检查时间、满意度及舒适度的影响。方法:将80例结直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者行常规管理,观察组患者行垂直管理,比较2组患者检查时间、护理满意度和舒适度。结果:观察组患者检查准备时间、检查时间短于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);检查前2组患者各项舒适度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),检查结束观察组患者各项舒适度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:垂直管理用于结直肠癌术前CT扫描能缩短检查时间,提高患者满意度和舒适度。

Objective To investigate the influence of vertical management amidst preoperatively CT scanning of colorectal cancer on inspecting time,satisfaction,and comfort degree.Methods Randomly divided the 80patients with colorectal cancer treated in authors'hospital into control group(40cases,routine management)and observation(40cases,vertical management);then,compared both groups'inspecting time,nursing satisfaction,and comfort degree.Results In the score ratings on patients'every comfort degree before inspection there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).But,in inspecting time and its preparation time,in nursing satisfaction,and,in the score ratings on patients'every comfort degree at the end of inspection observation group was respectively shorter,higher,and higher than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion In preoperatively CT scanning performing vertical management can shorten inspecting time,and enhance patients'satisfaction,as well as comfort degree.
