四等级功能活动评分法在结直肠癌根治术后患者早期疼痛护理中的应用

Four-grade Functional Activity Score Method Applied in Early Pain Nursing on the Patients Following Radical Surgery for Colorectal Cancer

目的:研究四等级功能活动评分法在结直肠癌根治术后患者早期疼痛护理中的应用,以便更好地观察和处理术后并发症的发生,加快患者康复。方法:将70例结直肠癌根治术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者根据四等级功能活动评分法进行早期疼痛护理,比较2组患者不同时点疼痛评分和满意度。结果:2组患者术后12h、24h疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后48h、72h观察组患者疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后72h疼痛管理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四等级功能活动评分法可缓解结直肠癌根治术后患者疼痛,提高患者对疼痛管理的满意度。

Objective To investigate the application of four-grade functional activity score method in early pain nursing on the patients after radical surgery for colorectal cancer,so as better to observe and manage postoperative complication happening,and accelerating patients'rehabilitation.Methods Randomly divided the 70patietns who had received radical surgery for colorectal cancer in author's hospital into control group(35cases,routine nursing)and observation group(35cases,according to Four-grade function activity score method taking early pain nursing on patients);then,compared both groups'patients'ratings on pain at different time-points,as well as satisfaction.Results In the ratings on pain at 12,24(h)after surgery there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);but,at 48,72(h)after surgery,the ratings of observation group were all lower than that of control group(P<0.05);in whole satisfaction degree on pain-controlled at 72hrs.after surgery,observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Four-grade functional activity score method can relieve patients'pain after radical surgery for colorectal cancer,enhance their satisfactory degree on pain managemant.
