手术室疼痛护理联合心理干预在痔手术患者中的应用效果观察

Application Efficacy Observation of Mental Intervention Combined with Pain Nursing at Operating Room in the Patients Undergoing Hemorrhoids Surgery

目的:观察手术室疼痛护理联合心理干预在痔手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将160例行手术治疗的痔患者随机分为A、B 2组,每组80例。A组患者采用手术室疼痛护理联合心理干预,B组患者采用常规护理,比较2组患者术后疼痛评分、创面愈合时间、住院时间、应激反应发生率及肛肠动力学指标变化情况。结果:A组患者术后疼痛评分、应激反应发生率均低于B组(P<0.05),A组患者创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于B组(P<0.05),A组患者肛管最大收缩压、肛管静息压、直肠感知阈值量各指标均优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:手术室疼痛护理联合心理干预用于痔手术患者中,可明显减轻患者的疼痛,降低应激反应发生率,缩短创面愈合时间和住院时间,效果显著。

Objective To observe the application efficacy of mental intervention combined with pain nursing at operating room in the patients undergoing hemorrhoids surgery.Methods Randomly divded the 160patients undergoing hemorrhoids surgery in authors'hospital into group A(80cases,pain nursing at operating room plus mental intervention on patients)and control group(80cases,routine nursing);then,compared both groups'patients ratings on pain,the time for wound-surface healing and hospitalization,the incidence of stress response,as well as the changes of coloproctological dynamics norms.Results In the ratings on postoperative pain and the incidence of stress response,in the time for wound-surface healing and for hospitalization,group A was respectively lower,shorter than group B(all,P<0.05);in anal max.systolic pressure and resting pressure,rectal sensory threshold volume,group A was all superior to group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing mental intervention complicated with pain nursing at operating room on the patients undergoing hemorrhoids surgery can significantly relieve patients'pain,reduce the incidence of stress response,shorten the time for wound-surface healing and hospitalization,which the efficacy is great.
