价值敏感性设计的产生肇始于信息技术系统及其伦理问题的爆发,试图通过技术设计实现人工物系统中“价值偏差”最小化,是技术哲学经验转向之后一种典型的工程创新实践进路。其系统性的理论与实践方法使关于技术与人类价值关系的哲学理解与经验性、微观的技术创新实践活动相结合,是对日益增多的新兴技术伦理问题的一种综合性实践方法回应。面对新兴技术的持续涌现与伦理问题的复杂性,在未来研究中,不仅要完善实践方法,更要超越自身的“工具性”角色,对新兴技术重构之下的人机关系,现代西方技术的发展路径及技术转型等实施根本性反思,以真正促进技术与人类伦理价值的融合。

Value Sensitive Design originated from the outbreak of information technologies and their ethical issues,which tries to minimize the “value bias” in artefacts through technical design.It's a typical engineering innovation approach after the empirical turn of the philosophy of technology.The theories and practical methods of Value Sensitive Design combine philosophical understanding of the relationships between technologies and human values with empirical and microscopic technological innovation practices.It is a comprehensive practical methodology facing the growing number of ethical issues about emerging technologies.In the future,it is necessary not only to improve practical methods,but also to transcend its own “instrumental” role.The human-machine relationship reconstructed by emerging technologies,the development path and technological transformation of modern western technologies should be reflected.The fusion of technology and human ethical values can be realized.
