多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的效果

Clinical effect of doxofyllinecombined with budesonide on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)急性加重期采取多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗的临床效果。方法 选择2020年1月至2021年12月佛山市禅城区人民医院朝阳院区接诊的100例慢阻肺急性加重期患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组接受布地奈德治疗,研究组接受多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗。比较两组患者肺功能指标、咳嗽缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间、血气指标及不良反应。结果 研究组治疗后肺功能、动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度指标均高于对照组,咳嗽缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间短于对照组,且二氧化碳分压指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对于慢阻肺急性加重期患者开展多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗具有积极意义,可在一定程度上提升血气指标,强化肺功能,加速其康复进程。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of doxofylline combined with budesonide on the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)were selected as the study subjects,all of whom were received from the Chaoyang Hospital of the People's Hospital of Chancheng District,Foshan City from January 2020 to December 2021.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to the digital table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,while the study group was treated with doxofylline combined with budesonide.The lung function indexes,cough relief time,lung rale disappearance time,hospitalization time,blood gas indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the lung function,PaO_(2) and SaO_(2) indexes of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the cough relief time,lung rale disappearance time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,and the PaCO_(2) indexes were lower than those in the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).There was no significant diference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions Doxophylline and budesonide treatment is of positive significance for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can improve blood gas index,strengthen lung function and accelerate the rehabilitation process to a certain extent.
