“湿浊”是CKD病程中重要的病理因素,与疾病进展相关,可导致三焦气机升降失常引起各种症状和并发症,化湿泄浊是CKD后期主要治法之一。CKD“湿浊”病机成因主要有外感与内伤,针对不同病机特点,具体治法有通腑泄浊、运脾化湿泄浊、宣肺渗湿泄浊、活络泄浊、疏滞泄浊、温肾助阳泄浊法。临证中应慎察病机,辨证应用。

“Dampness and turbidity”is an important pathological factor in the course of CKD.It is related to the progress of the disease.It can lead to various symptoms and complications caused by the disorder of the Sanjiao Qi movement.Dispelling dampness and removing turbidity is one of the main treatments for CKD in the later stage.The pathogenesis of CKD“damp turbidity”is mainly caused by exogenous pathogenesis and internal injury.According to the characteristics of different pathogenesis,the specific treatment methods include dredging the internal organs to relieve turbidity,moving the spleen to transform dampness and turbidity,ventilating the lungs and expelling dampness to relieve turbidity,activating collaterals to relieve turbidity,and dredging stagnation to relieve turbidity.Turbidity,warming the kidney and helping yang to expel turbidity.In clinical practice,the pathogenesis should be carefully observed,and syndrome differentiation should be applied.
